Who We Are

In 1989 the Denver Nazarene Ministerial Association wrestled with the questions, “What do you do when someone knocks on your door needing food? How can we clothe the many people who need emergency assistance? Can we create a place where our congregations can serve the needy?” This group of pastors launched the ministry “Care Unlimited”.

In 1994 The ministry moved into our present location with the new name: “Crossroads of the Rockies”, as most of the people served were at a crossroads in their lives. After 12 years of serving the Westwood neighborhood, God has accomplished great things through Crossroads.

  • Tens of thousands of people have been fed, clothed, and prayed for.
  • Many hundreds of children and youth have been mentored, tutored and helped.
  • Many individuals and families come to us during crisis and transitions in their lives.
  • Crossroads of the Rockies focuses on a five fold approach to ministry, impacting all ages in the physical, educational, social, emotional, and spiritual areas of their lives.

Our Mission

To provide a safe haven where children can learn and grow, where the lost can find healing and direction, where the poor and needy can get relief and assistance, and all can experience the miracle of God’s love in shaping daily lives.
